Becoming a Member


Prospective members are encouraged to participate in any of our training sessions as a Visitor, for ONE month from their first swim with us. Membership is required after a month as a Visitor. To join the Marlins:


  1. Complete the online membership application via Masters Swimming Australia and pay the membership fee.
  2. You will receive a confirmation email from Masters Swimming Australia.
  3. Your application will go to the Committee for approval.
  4. Once membership is confirmed, you will receive an email from the Club Registration Officer. This email contains your MSA Membership Number, along with your Username and Password. These are important if you wish to compete, for renewing your registration each year, and to access the members' area on the Marlins website.

Your email from MSA/MSV may also be printed and shown to the Harold Holt Swim Centre reception staff to obtain the club discount, if you choose to purchase an HHSC membership or swim pass for pool entry.
